Easy Savory Wild Salmon

  • 2 lb. wild caught salmon filet

  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • sea salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  • Line a baking sheet with tin foil

  • Place the salmon in the center of the lined baking sheet.

  • In a bowl whisk olive oil, garlic, sea salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme

  • Pour the mixture over the salmon. Gently rub the mixture into the salmon so it is completely coated.

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown or until your desired doneness.
