  • 1 large cauliflower head

  • 1 Lemon

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 4 garlic cloves (to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt (to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon Pepper (to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon Paprika (to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic (to taste)


  • Preheat the oven to 375 Degrees

  • Place tinfoil on baking sheet

  • Cut the cauliflower into small florets

  • Finely mince the garlic

  • Squeeze whole lemon juice onto cauliflower evenly

  • Drizzle olive oil onto cauliflower evenly

  • Add in the minced garlic

  • Sprinkle sea salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic seasoning to taste

  • Toss all ingredients together

  • Place baking sheet in the oven and roast 40-45 minutes or until golden brown


  • Can change up the seasonings to your liking! Add in some fresh rosemary and thyme or use curry or red pepper for a more spicy option. See what you enjoy!
