Green Pear Banana Smoothie

1/2 small avocado
A large handful of fresh kale
1 tablespoon of nut butter
2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
1/2 cup ice and water (till desired consistency)
Slice the banana, pear, and avocado
Add the banana, pear, avocado, kale, nut butter, hemp seeds, ice, and water to your blender, and blend until smooth.
Add water or more ice for preferred consistency
Pour, sip, and enjoy!
Switch up the kale for spinach or add both!
