This full-wellness transformation is a journey towards a happier, healthier, more balanced life. During the 6-month customizable coaching program we will implement realistic, progressive modifications to selections of food on your plate AND in your lifestyle. The goal is a sustainable health and wellness transformation.

After our time together you will:

  • Be able to plan ahead and create the time for you to live a life you love!

  • Have a newfound appreciation for delicious whole foods that nourish you

  • Feel more confident in the kitchen and know how to cook quick, simple, delicious and healthy meals

  • 12 coaching sessions (two 60-minute sessions per month) in person or via Face-Time

  • Email support and accountability between sessions

  • Invitations to health-related events, conference calls, and webinars


3-MONTH PROGRAM
JUMP-START PACKAGE

Investment: $675

If you’re not ready to commit to the six-month program, jump-start your wellness journey with this package. During the 6 sessions you and I will work together to identify the top 2 most important goals you’d like to achieve right now. Perhaps you’d like to focus on adding in more whole foods and incorporating healthy cooking into your life. Maybe you want to increase your physical activity and boost your energy. Feeling stressed and overtired? I will work with you to create better sleep habits and to provide tools for stress reduction.

When we solidify the areas you’d like to tackle, we’ll create concrete action steps, and you can gradually incorporate new habits one step at a time.

Coaching Program Includes:

  • 6 coaching sessions (two 60-minute sessions per month) in person or via Face-Time

  • 1 handout per session pertaining to your goals

  • Weekly accountability email
