Nut Butter Banana Toast

  • 1 slice of Sprouted Grain Bread such as Ezekiel Bread

  • 1 tablespoon of nut butter of your choice of natural, 1-ingredient almond butter, cashew butter, or peanut butter

  • 1/2 banana sliced

  • 1 teaspoon of flax seeds or hemp seeds


  • Toast slice of bread

  • Spread the nut butter on the toast

  • Place the sliced bananas on the nut butter

  • Sprinkle the seeds

  • Add a dash of cinnamon or a teaspoon of raw, unfiltered honey for some added sweetness


  • Check out for their brand of nut butters or seeds

  • Use blueberries, strawberries, sliced apples, or kiwi instead of banana, or use a little bit of everything!
