Chicken Veggie Freezer Packs

1 package boneless, skinless, chicken breast - cut into 2-inch thick pieces
1 red onion - cut in large chunks
2 red peppers - cut into large chunks
1 small head of broccoli - broken into florets
1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
3 garlic cloves, minced (use fresh pre-minced to save time)
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 tablespoon Garlic powder
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Cut the chicken into 2-inch thick pieces
Cut the veggies into chunks
Place the vegetables and chicken in a large plastic bag
Add the oil, lemon juice, and seasonings to the bag
Seal the bag and shake well
Place in freezer and defrost the night prior when you are ready to cook in the oven, on the stovetop, or on the grill!
