Servings: 1 Glass

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 green apple

  • 1/2 pear

  • 1/2 small avocado

  • A large handful of fresh spinach leaves 

  • 1 teaspoon of raw, unfiltered honey

  • 1 tablespoon of flax seeds

  • 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds

  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions:

  • Slice the apple, pear, and avocado

  • Add the apple, pear, avocado, spinach, honey, hemp seeds, flax seeds, ice, and water to your blender, and blend until smooth.

  • Add water or more ice for preferred consistency

  • Pour, sip, and enjoy!

Notes:

  • Switch up the spinach for kale or add both!
