Pear Avocado Smoothie

1/2 green apple
1/2 small avocado
A large handful of fresh spinach leaves
1 teaspoon of raw, unfiltered honey
1 tablespoon of flax seeds
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
1/2 cup ice
Slice the apple, pear, and avocado
Add the apple, pear, avocado, spinach, honey, hemp seeds, flax seeds, ice, and water to your blender, and blend until smooth.
Add water or more ice for preferred consistency
Pour, sip, and enjoy!
Switch up the spinach for kale or add both!
