Overnight Chia Seed Pudding

Total Time: 5 Minutes (Plus let sit overnight)

1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk (or nut milk of your choice)
Berries (for topping - blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)
1 handful of nuts (for topping - crushed walnuts, almonds, cashews)
1 teaspoon raw unfiltered honey (for added sweetness)
In a medium bowl, stir together the chia seeds and milk. Cover and set in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning mix the chia seed pudding
Top with your favorite fruits, nuts and seeds
Drizzle honey for added sweetness if desired
Can double or triple the recipe for larger batch and separate into individual mason jars to have for the week!
Mix up the fruit and nuts you use to add more variety. Can use other fruit such as sliced kiwi or peaches.
Swirl in some nut butter rather if desired
Use nut milk of choice
