Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. I will listen to you, guide you, support you, and empower you to become more attuned to your body. I will show you that it IS possible to take great care of yourself while you balance the other important aspects of your life. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

Coaching Program Includes:

  • 6 or 12 coaching sessions (two 60-minute sessions per month) in person or via Face-time

  • Email support between sessions

  • Simple healthy recipes

  • Invitations to health-related events, conference calls, and webinars
