I have walked in your shoes, both as a bride and as a wedding coordinator, and understand the intricate details of the planning process. Rather than following a diet plan that includes restrictions and deprivation, you will nourish your body with delicious whole foods and participate in physical activities you enjoy!

You will feel more relaxed and grounded, sleep peacefully, and be able to handle any stressful situation that comes your way. We will work together to create small, realistic, achievable goals that will improve every aspect of your life –the physical, emotional, and spiritual.

Your 6-Month Bridal Wellness Coaching Program Includes:

  • 12 Coaching Sessions (two 60-minute sessions per month)
